Feel the fire, find your flow, and discover a whole new way to move with our Body Barre Fusion class! This 45-minute low-impact workout is a feel-good blend of barre technique, Pilates strength, and dance-inspired movement - designed to sculpt, tone, and energise your entire body.
Using small, controlled movements and isometric holds, you’ll target those deep muscles that don’t get worked in traditional workouts. All set to uplifting music and guided in a supportive space, this class helps you build strength, balance, and confidence from the inside out.

Before Class:

Yes, we love new members! Our classes are designed for you to experience a dance cardio workout with no prior dance experience. Most of our clients are actually self-proclaimed “non-dancers,” proving you don’t have to be a dancer to look like one.

If you’re new to working out, or are just returning to your fitness routine, our Dance & Sculpt or Stretch & Restore classes are great place to start moving. These classes will give you a sense of our rhythms and movements without needing to know anything prior.

We suggest a supportive, well-fitting sneaker for all classes. Our workout is highly athletic and most classes include jumping, so definitely pick a shoe with great structure and shock absorption.

Our Tap and Hip Hop classes include choreographed dances that change every quarter: January, April, July, and October.
